JJ Hat Center is committed and dedicated to getting your order safely to your destination as promptly as possible. Our fulfillment team takes great care in packing your order so it arrives in perfect condition. Orders usually ship within 48 hours, and often the same day the order is placed.
We use a variety of shipping carriers to make sure we deliver your order as fast as possible. The majority of our orders are shipped via USPS, DHL and UPS. You can see which carrier(s) will deliver your order when you track your package(s).
Orders for in-stock merchandise are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. We do not operate on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders placed after 10am on Friday will ship on the following business day.
Delays or cancellations may occur if an item is not in stock, and if that is the case, you will be contacted by customer service. Please allow extra time for orders placed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Status
We will send an email confirming the details of your order and the shipping method. The email will include a tracking link. It may take up to 72 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information after you receive your shipping confirmation email.
If you have a registered account with JJHatCenter.com, it is easy to check the status of your orders. Simply go to "Order History" under "Order Information". From there, click on any order number for its complete order details, including its tracking number. Clicking on the tracking number takes you directly to the shipping carrier's website, where you can follow the progress of your shipment(s).
