For items purchased from our website, we are extending our return/exchange policy through the holidays. Any item which was not marked as final sale and was purchased between Nov 9 - Dec 31 2020 can be returned/exchanged through Jan 18th 2021.
A full refund will be issued electronically for items returned in "like-new" condition.
If an exchange is required, the customer is responsible for any shipping charges back to us.
We provide free domestic shipping back on the 1st exchange of items over the value of $125 (excluding original shipping charge). If the value of the exchanged item was under $125 (excluding original shipping charge) then a charge of $14.50 per hat (UPS Ground shipping) will be applied for shipping within the continental U.S.
If more than one exchange is required per order, a charge of $14.50 per hat (UPS Ground shipping) will be applied to each exchange after the 1st, regardless of original order value.

No refunds or exchanges can be made on items which have been reshaped/altered in any way, or items purchased from our clearance collection. (All clearance items will specify "Final Sale" in the item description)
Any items purchased in-store can only be exchanged or returned in "like-new" condition for store credit. No refunds.
Using a tape measure, measure the widest part of your head (just above the ears and eyebrows) to the nearest 1/8th of an inch.
If you have not purchased a new hat recently, please remeasure your head, as sizes may change depending on hair style, weight loss/gain, and age.
Please also keep in mind that hat sizes vary depending on the manufacturer, so if you are unsure of which size to order, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be happy to advise.
