Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Because of technical and administrative reasons, returns of online orders are not possible in JJ Hat Center stores.
Any items purchased in-store can only be exchanged or returned with receipt within 14 days in "like-new" condition for store credit. No refunds.
Return Process

Fill out the returns form included and place it in the package along with the item you're returning, or start a return on our website and follow the instructions.

Securely package the item and drop it off with your preferred shipping carrier. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.

You'll receive an email notification once your return has been processed. Unless otherwise specified, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method.

This address can only be used to return items purchased at JJHatCenter.com. If you would like to return items purchased elsewhere, please return the items to the original place of purchase or contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Original Condition
JJ Hat Center will inspect all returns. All items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unused, and with all tags and labels still attached. It's fine to try an item on like you would in a shop, but please don't wear it for an extended period.
A full refund will be issued electronically for items returned in "like-new" condition postmarked within 14 days of receipt of order. If a refund or exchange is required, the customer is responsible for any shipping charges back to us.
If an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or outside of the returns timeframe, we won't be able to give you a refund. No refunds or exchanges can be made on items which have been reshaped/altered in any way, or items purchased from our clearance collection. (All clearance items will specify "Final Sale" in the item description).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 10 days from the date we receive your return for processing. Refunds typically take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your card issuer. We’ll send you an email confirmation as soon as your return has been processed.
