Returns and Exchanges

All returned items must be in their original condition (unworn and with the labels still attached) for a return to be accepted. Trying on an item doesn't count as it being worn.

A full refund will be issued electronically for items returned in "like-new" condition postmarked within 14 days of receipt of order.

If a refund or exchange is required, the customer is responsible for any shipping charges back to us.

We provide free domestic shipping back to the customer on the 1st exchange of items over the value of $175 (excluding original shipping charge). If the value of the exchanged item was under $175 (excluding original shipping charge) then a charge of $25 per hat will be applied for shipping within the continental U.S.

No refunds or exchanges can be made on items which have been reshaped/altered in any way, or items purchased from our clearance collection. (All clearance items will specify "Final Sale" in the item description)

Any items purchased in-store can only be exchanged or returned with receipt within 14 days in "like-new" condition for store credit. No refunds.
